During 1994 – 2007 the company had built nine residential buildings in Sofia – Lozenetz as follows: 15 Tzvetna gradina str., 19-21 Tzvetna gradina str., 23 Tzvetna gradina str., 23 Janko Sofiiski str., 18 Nikolai Liliev str., 5 Minsuhar str., 76 Krichim str. and in Reduta district – 38 Atanas Uzunov str., Bansko town.The overall built area is around 30.000 sq.m.
