For period between 1998 and 2004 the company executed a large number of construction works in the area of repairing and renovation activities. Among these are the following:
During 1997-1998 the company undertook an overhaul and renovation of a number of flats, shops and public houses.

Repairing activities to SERDICOM JSC – Sofia, including a repair of hotel “SOFIA” in the capital city, and hotels “Amphora”, “Nimpha”, “Rusalka”, “Fregata” and “Amphibia” in Sunny Beach resort; |

During 2000 the company finished its first new residential building in Lozenetz and fulfilled a number of construction-repairing projects for private investors, for the Ministry of Justice, the President’s building, the Ministry of Finance (2 Lege str.), the Ministry of Transport, the Main Post Office and Sofia University. |
